Beer Moose

 Turning thirty felt like quite a big deal and as I entered the next decade of my life I wanted to do something to mark the occasion. Vienna seemed the obviously choice as it was home to some coasters, beers and lots of meals containing pork and potatoes! In the first part of the Vienna blog I’ll go through the coasters and rides at Wiener Prater. There’s a lot to get through so let’s get going! We kicked things off on Hochschaubahn (count number 824) a wooden coaster built in 1950 to replace a coaster bombed during the war. Here it comes! Full squad! For what it is, it’s actually decent! Side friction but didn’t bounce around much! Round the corner you’ll find Maskerade (825), a Gertslauer spinner situated inside a warehouse!  Featuring an outside corner! Not very spinny and not very offensive, next!  Wilde Maus (826). Honestly I was happy to ride a mouse that doesn’t spin (though that treat comes later).
