A morning at Dorney Park followed by an afternoon at Knoebels meant a busy day was ahead. We had eight creds to get at Dorney including a B&M invert, a new dive machine and a wooden coaster celebrating its 100th anniversary.
We were anticipating a high number of kids being in the park, so we boshed the kiddie cred out first!

Pesky finger again… |
This classic hyper was fun! There was some good airtime and it held its speed well.
Next we headed for the brand new B&M dive machine. Iron Menace 589:
We ride front row and the ride really surprised me. It surprised how bad it was. How can a brand new coaster be so rough and full of jolts? B&M coasters are known for their smoothness, but this was awful.
Possessed 590:
Possessed was my first Impulse coaster and I loved it! It was fast, smooth and the backwards part was amazing. It’s sad that there is so few of these left!
Hydra 591:
Hydra is famous for its unique inversion, which happens just after you leave the station. That was the only really good part of an otherwise average coaster! I was reminded by a friend that mid ride, I pointed at the famous inversion and asked what it is…
Wild Mouse 592:
We saved the best cred until last! Talon 593:
We rode back row, it was awesome! A top invert for sure. It has great forces, especially around the awesome helix!
Another park completed, it was time to leave!
Thanks for reading! Next up, Knoebels.
