After some mild disappointment at Six Flags Over Georgia, we made our way to Atlanta. Fun Spot America is a tiny park, which amazingly is home to a construction of Rocky Mountain nature. Touted by many as one of the best coasters in the world, I was excited to ride ArieForce One (664)
What a view! We headed straight to it! It was completely walk on! Just wow! It was incredible. There is so much airtime and speed! After two rides we had to reluctantly leave to grab the other two creds!
It’s fair to say that the other two coasters here aren’t quite as good.
Hurricane Coaster (665) was an experience. It felt like we were going to fly off of the track at any point. Moving on!
There isn’t much to say about coaster 665….
Back to ArieForce One, where we stayed riding it non stop for around 90 minutes! As the evening worn on and we kept riding and ridding, we realised that everyone riding with us was an enthusiast. A few of the lads worked at Kings Island, we later saw one of them there and had a chat, some at Carowinds and there was one lone enthusiast who we sort of adopted for the evening. Her name is Lynn and she’s fab. Lynn gave us a guided tour of Kennywood later in the trip!
