I’d heard that Over Georgia was one of the nicer Six Flags parks, perhaps aesthetically wise it is. However my day here was full of frustration and closed coasters.
After entering the park we were greeted by our first closed coaster.
I didn’t just miss out on a cred, I missed out on a coaster I actually wanted to ride!
We decided to tick off Georgia Scorcher (653), the B&M stand up.
Round the corner we found these two strange coasters. Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster (654&655)
These were certainly different and good fun!
A classic was next!
Riddler Mindbender (656) was excellent! Decent air time and smooth as glass!
What wasn’t excellent was this:
My quest to ride off the B&M Inverts takes a hit. Closed all day.
We walked round to the other side of the park, where all of the coasters were closed. After a while, Great American Scream Machine opened.
A decent coaster for number 657! Not rough at all, which was nice. It was however still too much for one rider, who vomited all over the break run.
Things were now starting to look up! Blue Hawk (658) had opened! I don’t think anyone had ever been so excited about a Vekoma looper opening!
It was rough as balls.
As walked round the park we came across these:
A rumble in the background suggested another closed coaster had opened….
Superman Ultimate Flight (659)
It’s always back row on these, I don’t make the rules.
We then grabbed the kiddie cred. Joker Funhouse Coaster (660):
Quickly followed by Dahlonega Mine Train (661). I don’t really have anything to say about either.
Twisted Cyclone (662) was next.

I didn’t rate it. Slow, boring and uncomfortable. One of my least favourite RMCs for sure!
That left us with just Goliath (663)!
Decent hyper coaster, I enjoyed the horseshoe element! One train has a proper rattle.
We then found one of the surprises of the trip:
What a dark ride! It was fun, it was enchanting and it was silly! Great fun and a good way to end a frustrating day!
I didn’t rate this place much. Two coasters closed never makes me happy, especially when one is an inverted coaster. Guess I’ll be back at some point though.
Thanks for reading!
